Last but not least, our Project Managers are ready to take on anything — and they serve as the glue holding everything together. Overview


The goal of the Accounting Team is to provide accounting services and manage the finances of a company, ensuring full transparency in its financial transactions, while also providing specialized, centralized support to other teams and managers. This is accomplished by managing and reconciling accounts, paying bills, billing clients, tracking assets and expenditures, managing payroll and keeping track of critical tax documents. As Staff Accountant you will focus on successfully completing all accounts payable and accounts receivable processes each week.  This includes, weekly employee payroll, affiliate payment and customer collections ensuring accurate and timely responses on tickets and reporting.
DUTIES
Ensure that all Accounting and billing tickets are handled on-time and in the correct manner.
Complete weekly Accounts Payable process.
Manage & maintain all vendor files.
Prepare and complete weekly affiliate payments. 
Prepare Employee payroll on a weekly basis.
Personally execute all manual billing for additional services, annual products, events, and VIP customers.
Review write-offs & refunds each week.
Oversee collections process.
Work in collaboration with the VIP Services team.
Maintain contracts for large accounts and ensure products are billed correctly.
Requirements
2-3 years Accounting experience. 
EBA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
Experience with payroll processing and/or Netsuite.
Effectively communicate across all levels and departments.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.

Must have a high level of computer literacy. Role includes repetitive movement of hands and fingers for long periods of time – typing and/or writing.
Cafe Attendant 

JOB DETAILS
Overview

As a Cafe Attendant, you will execute the culinary and food service supply needs of Ontraport. You will also maintain stock, provide outstanding service to employees and ensure a clean and organized working area. You will also partner with the Operations team for some facilities items, events, and initiatives that may or may not be within your general job description scope. 
Duties
Manage the daily operations of the campus cafe.
Develop and oversee food safety/sanitation practices, training and ongoing compliance.
Prepare meal ingredients as needed, including cutting/prepping all components of the salad bar, etc.
Stock all fridges/taking food and beverage inventory.

Manage and execute beverage production and service, including coffee preparation.
Ensure proper rotation and management of perishable and sensitive ingredients.
Set up and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Ensure high standards for safety, cleanliness, variety, nutrition, creativity and presentation.
Assist as needed for special events.
Partner with the Workplace Experience Team to coordinate vendor management, kitchen repairs, and expand offerings to match employee preferences.
Ensure that all service equipment is operational and handled safely, reporting mechanical issues to appropriate team members.
Requirements
Valid California Food Handlers Card 
Excellent food service skills and knowledge of basic food preparation techniques, safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work well with other team members and to follow directions from supervisors
Ability to create drinks to order
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
Must be willing to work / accommodate early morning schedule

Assistant Controller

Overview

The purpose of the Finance Department is to provide accurate, actionable and automated reporting. This will support efforts in achieving our company focus with the oversight of company resources and mitigation of risk. As Assistant Controller, you will focus on close management and reconciliations. In addition, you will produce supporting documentation for the annual GAAP audit, producing all year-end statements and lead other project-based work.  
Duties
Employee payroll and customer billing management. 
Oversee and ensure quality control of payroll, benefit administration, and accounts payable functions.
Execute the 52-week close schedule.
Act as project owner of assigned projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and uphold our brand and quality standards.
Generate regular internal reporting according to requirements (weekly & monthly basis).
Key involvement in tax return preparation and annual audit.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Three to five years professional accounting experience.
Previous supervisory experience.
Strong technical GAAP accounting skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines.

Controller

Overview

The purpose of the Finance Department is to provide accurate, actionable and automated reporting. As Controller, you will focus on all expenditure tracking as well as weekly accounts receivable and payable processes, including close management and reconciliations. In addition, you will oversee the annual GAAP audit, produce all year-end statements and lead other project-based work. Finally, you will produce all financial reporting and support the accounting team in a leadership role. 
Duties
Prepare and execute Annual GAAP Audit including reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts and providing appropriate documentation to support current balance.
Oversee and ensure quality control of payroll, benefit administration, and accounts payable functions.
Preparation of financial reports and briefings including tax returns, financial statements and legislative requirements (such as reporting and disclosure).
Analyze financial reports and compare sales targets, income targets and projections against reported figures. 
Maintain electronic files on the Finance Drive for contracts, budgets and any required supporting documentation.
Generate regular internal reporting requirements on a weekly and monthly basis.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Collaborate with other departments on internal projects and deadlines.
Requirements

IT Manager

Overview


The IT Manager is responsible for the management of Ontraport's network edge, including workstations, A/V equipment and IoT devices. Attention to detail and experience in a service-driven, dynamic environment is essential in this role. This is an excellent opportunity to for an individual looking  to mentor others. Ontraport operates a blended edge environment including Windows, MAC and Linux clients. A proven ability to systematically troubleshoot technical systems is required.  Familiarity with administering Apple products in an enterprise level is a preferred. 
Duties
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Manage Active Directory administration. 
Assist with A.V. maintenance and operation. 
Maintain accurate inventory of technology assets and supplies.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to request received through the IT helpdesk. 
Complete special projects as requested. 
Verify and test updates prior to patch management processes.
Follow and promote best practices for general IT management.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of written documentation, including system and user manuals and issue resolution notes. 
Requirements
Five of more years of technical support experience.
Familiarity with networking technologies and terminology, including IP technology, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, LDAP, MSAD, Apple DEP and MDM. 
Understanding of basic principles of computer configuration and operation, computer networking hardware, and computer troubleshooting. 
Proactive with a hands-on working style.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology. 
Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Effectively communicate across all levels and departments, with technical experts and beginners alike. 
Physical Demands
