This article is for those building a membership site using WordPress and PilotPress. If you're using Ontraport Membership Sites, click here. If you're getting started and don't know which to choose, this article will help.

If you have a WordPress membership site, you may want to create a customer center where your members can log in and view their purchase and payment history, update their credit card details and change their login information.

When members update information in your customer center, the information is also updated in their contact record in Ontraport to help keep records current and ensure that future payments are successful.

This article describes how to create a customer center for a WordPress membership site. You can also create a customer center for Ontraport Membership sites using the customer landing page elements.

Enable your customer center

Log in to your integrated WordPress site as an administrator.

Check the “Enable customer center” option located in the “Ontraport Integration Settings” section.
